Coronavirus Policy
In order to minimize the chance of mutual infection, our company has adopted the following measures. For employees who have returned to Bangladesh or visited China in the past 14 days
1. Do not travel if you have respiratory symptoms.
2. Please go to an authorized medical institution to obtain a personal health certificate before travelling.
3. When using public transportation or in a crowded place, you must wear a mask for yourself and others. It is very important to wear the mask correctly, including before and after wearing the mask, or removing the mask, and be sure to clean your hands.
4. Always keep your personal clean, especially your hands, before touching the mouth, nose or eyes; after touching public facilities such as armrests or door handles; after coughing or sneezing, if your hands are contaminated with respiratory secretions, clean your hands
5. Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when sneezing or coughing. Put dirty paper towels in a covered trash can and clean your hands thoroughly.
6. Upon arrival in Bangladesh, the company will provide quarantined rooms for each person or couple for quarantine for 14 days before entering the factory.
7. During the period of quarantine, employees are not allowed to enter the factory. Offenders will be punished. Do not leave the quarantined unit, do not enter other people's rooms, and do not go to the previous dormitory. Do not gather and always wear a mask when leaving your room.
8. Wash personal clothes by yourself.
9. The company will provide the basic necessities of each room, such as shower gel, shampoo, laundry detergent, bleach, toothbrush and toothpaste, drinking water and three meals a day. 2 sets of clean bedding materials.
10. Please refrain from eating together.
11. A medical staff will be arranged to take a temperature measurement in the morning / afternoon to track the health status.
12. During the quarantine period, the company purchases personal daily items (employee's own expenses) on behalf of each Saturday, and if necessary, collects and handles
the inventory every Saturday morning.
13. If you are not feeling well, have a fever, or have a cough, please wear a mask and notify the General Manager for further help.
14. For yourself and others, please already maintain high standards of personal hygiene.
15. After 14 days of quarantine, employees will continue to wear masks for 14 days after returning to the factory.
